Kevin specializes in residential properties throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties: condos, single family homes, luxury properties, lots and acreage. Kevin has made it a point to adapt to the changing real estate market and now has expertise in handling the buying and selling sides of short sales and pre-foreclosures. Kevin is a fifth-generation Northern Californian who is proud to call Marin County his home.

Erin holds a real estate license and works as an assistant on Kevin's real estate team. Erin stays on top of market activity and communicates with buyers about homes that hit the market or have price reductions. Erin also owns a home staging business, and she helps clients prepare their homes for sale. Kevin and Erin have two young children, who like to say, "Daddy sells houses and mommy puts furniture in them."
